My name is Mercy Njeri Mwaura,i am thirteen year old, i am in grade 7 ,i live Kabiria slum ,Kwa Chief area, in the outskirt of Nairobi.

I live with my parents, who practices small scale farming, my parents are jovial ,loving and caring, growing up in Kabiria slums come’s  with many challenges, which include lack of proper meal, indecent house (Mabati house),Lack of clothes such as school uniform:-which i go to school with tatted uniform,

I go to a public school in Kabiria slum called Riruta  satellite , I lack basic school stationery such Textbooks, exercise books Pens, pencils, paying school fees is challenge because my parents can not afford it.

My favorite subject is science. When i grow up i want be a Neurosurgeon, but i find myself not constricting in class because some time ,my circumstance force me to go and work so that help my parents Cather other needs ,Please help my dream come through.

Teacher Abel helped me release my  passion in singing, dancing and playing instrument.

Teacher Abel Feed us every Saturday ,nurture our talents by teaching us how to play music instrument, please help him reach many children who are talented like me.
